Academic Orientations Project
I am currently a research assistant in Academic Orientation Project. This is a part of the Developmental Moral Psychology Lab run by Professor Audun Dahl. I work closely with Dr. Tal Waltzer and Professor Dahl in conducting research on decision-making and moral judgments in higher education.
Role: Developed and reached reliability of coding schemes, transcribed, coded, and analyzed student interviews and survey results, and assisted in reviewing journals.
UCSC Decision-Making Workshop
In collaboration with UCSC Academic Managers and UC San Diego Academic Integrity Office, the AOP team organizes and develops a new academic misconduct workshop for accused students at UCSC.
Role: Set up workshops quarterly, analyze students' pre- and post-workshop surveys, and draft the internal report for UCSC Provost.

In this conference, I held a talk about my project on how the similarity of engineering students' coding assignment and their judgment toward cheating.
